WHAT WE OFFER
APPI Pilates
This is a safe and effective from of exercise for all ages, which looks at how we can regain a correct, positive sense of movement.
The overall aim of APPI Pilates is to develop the deep, postural ‘core’ muscles that support the spine throughout our everyday postures, enhancing our normal movement patterns and improving overall body alignment. The result being a body which feels more efficient throughout our daily activities and is less prone to future pains and injuries.
Who is your instructor?

Prices
Appointments available at Willow House
1:1 Pilates Assessment £70
We start with a 1 hour postural/functional assessment, looking at how you move, so we can identify areas which may need help mobilising or strengthening. You will be taught the 5 Key elements of Pilates and the fundamental exercises. We will then discuss whether you would benefit from more 1:1 sessions or by joining a group class. We also find that some people have a personal preference for one or the other so we can work with you on this.
1:1 Pilates Review £65
These sessions are tailored to your individual needs and will build on what was covered in the first assessment.
Pilates Group Class £100 (5 x 1 hour classes)
These sessions will have a maximum of 4 people in attendance and are purchased in a block of 5. These classes normally run weekly on a Friday morning, and we can provide beginner and intermediate classes. Each week the content will build on what was covered the week before. You will need to be comfortable getting on and off the floor for the group classes.
Prior to the first class you will be sent a Health Questionnaire to complete which aids us in tailoring the class to your individual needs.
What to bring to a class:
We advise you to wear clothing that you feel comfortable exercising in (leggings and t-shirt/shorts/vest). You can either do the class in bare feet or wear grippy Pilates socks (we have some basic ones to purchase in reception). Please feel free to bring a bottle of water with you. All other equipment is provided for you in the class.
