Do you have any allergies?

Obviously, your safety is our highest priority. So please let us know about any allergies you may know of.

Risk of anaphylactic shock?

If you have severe allergies or a history of anaphylaxis, you must have your adrenaline auto-injector (eg EpiPen) with you when you attend for physiotherapy, personal training or for massage. Please also make sure you’ve told us about your allergy in advance.

Allergies to products?

If you have allergies to any ingredients that may be used in creams or other products we may use, please let us know ahead of your appointment so we can arrange an alternative.

Allergy to latex?

During the pandemic, we’ve been using latex gloves. Please let us know if you’re allergic to latex and your physiotherapist will wear alternative gloves.

Allergies to animals?

We have pet cats in our house and garden. Although of course they aren’t encouraged in our physiotherapy clinic or gym, we can’t guarantee that people who are allergic to cats won’t be affected. If you have an allergy to cats, or a phobia about cats, please let us know and perhaps consider asking us for a home visit instead.
