Holly Kime
Holly is our new massage therapist, starting in September 2026. She is a newly qualified Physiotherapist and Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist with a strong interest in musculoskeletal health, rehabilitation and injury prevention. She is excited to be joining the team as a Sports Massage Therapist.
Holly qualified as a Physiotherapist from Sheffield Hallam University in June 2026 and completed her Level 3 Sports Massage qualification alongside her studies. Throughout her training, she gained experience across hospital, sports and private clinical settings, giving her a broad range of experience working with different conditions, injuries and patient needs.
She is passionate about helping people manage pain, improve their movement and return to the activities they enjoy. With a background in physiotherapy, Holly takes an individualised approach to treatment, considering each client’s goals, lifestyle and needs.
Holly enjoys combining sports massage with exercise, education and rehabilitation where appropriate, helping clients to better understand their bodies and feel confident in their recovery. She has experience working with a range of musculoskeletal conditions and is passionate about supporting people to stay active and achieve their goals.
