Emma Fenwick
Emma works with us part-time as receptionist.
She has a background in sales and administration. She has a long-standing interest in equestrianism and is qualified to degree level in equine science. She has competed successfully at international level in three-day eventing, and continues to train young horses.

Kate Munks
Kate is a qualified teacher with over 20 years experience including roles of deputy head teacher and special needs co-ordinator. She is married to a farmer and when not at Willow House she can be found working in their farm office or supporting her daughter on the side of a tennis court. Kate also enjoys the countryside and walking the family’s three labradors.

Xanthe Prior
Xanthe works with us part-time as a receptionist.
She has previously worked as a senior lecturer at the University of Lincoln and within the NHS as a clinical educator.
Her interests include photography and pottering in her garden, which she finds very therapeutic. She is the proud owner of a Ragdoll cat named Tillakaratne Mudiyanselage Dilshan or Tillie for short, named after the former Sri Lankan cricketer!
